Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for waste water treatment purposes, and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land and Easements Acquired for Pump Station in Manukau City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the purpose of a pump station site and vested in the Manukau City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement in gross, as defined in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, is acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice and is vested in the Manukau City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Waikokowai Road, Rotongaro, Waikato District

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 58D/443, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
