Land to be Set Apart for Road at South Beach

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for road and shall vest in The Grey District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and forms part of State Highway No. 87, and is vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
