Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(i) The area firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5D/476, subject to memorandum of mortgage 110358.2 and caveat 110035.1 (Westland Registry).

(ii) The area secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5D/382, subject to memorandum of mortgage 110358.2 and 103234.3 and caveat 110035.1 (Westland Registry).

(1) Pursuant to sections 20 (1) and 28, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate described in the Schedule hereto, is acquired for road, which shall vest in The Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(2) Pursuant to section 114, the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is declared road, which shall vest in The Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
