Nurse Maude Association Act 1999

Notice of Intention to Promote Private Bill

Notice is hereby given that The Nurse Maude District Nursing Association (called “the promoter”), intends to promote for consideration by the House of Representatives a Private Bill under the short title of the “Nurse Maude Association Act 1999”.

The objects of the Bill are:

(a) To change the name of the Nurse Maude District Nursing Association to the Nurse Maude Association; and

(b) To modernise and reorganise the structure of the Association;

(c) To recognise the continuing charitable purposes of the Association; and

(d) To repeal The Nurse Maude District Nursing Association Act 1967.

Approval of Code of Ethical Conduct Notice No. 1137 (300-A1-07)

Pursuant to section 19A (6) of the Animals Protection Act 1960, I hereby give notice that on the advice of the National Animal Ethics Advisory Committee, I have approved, on the date of this notice, the code of ethical conduct submitted to me by Animal Control Products Limited which is the same as the approved code of ethical conduct of Alexander & Associates.

Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988

Notice of Review of Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty on Plasterboard From Thailand

Pursuant to section 14 (8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (“the Act”), and under delegated authority from the Secretary of Commerce, I hereby give notice that I have initiated a review of the imposition of anti-dumping duty on the goods described in the Schedule to this notice.

Description of Goods
Standard plasterboard with dimensions of a thickness falling between 8.75 mm to 10.25 mm and of any length or width.

The goods are currently classified under Tariff Item and Statistical Key 6809.11.00 10D of the Tariff of New Zealand, which classification is provided for convenience and Customs purposes only, the written description being dispositive.
