Declaring the Disposition of Land to be Exempt From Section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987

Pursuant to section 24B of the Conservation Act 1987, and a delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that section 24 of the Conservation Act, which deals with the reservation of marginal strips, shall not apply to the disposition of the land in the Schedule hereto.

7605 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 87599, situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District. C.T. 55A/571.

Reserves Act 1977

Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (emergency services) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

2208 square metres, more or less, being part Section 2 and part Section 5, D.P. 1777; shown as “A” on S.O. Plan 61105. Part certificate of title, 25B/981.

Change of the Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a local purpose (enhanced open space) reserve to a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Cancellation of Notice Declaring a Change of Classification to Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error in the notice hereinafter described, the Conservator, Southland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby cancels the notice changing the classification of part of a reserve dated 21 December 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 1 of 10 January 1991 at page 7.
