Pursuant to Part II and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20(1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Franklin District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116(1), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119(1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and shall by amalgamation vest in the registered proprietor or proprietors of the land comprised in certificate of title 459/297.
