Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 5th day of August 1999, stopping road and amalgamating the stopped road with an adjoining certificate of title, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 12th day of August 1999, No. 94 at page 2259, by adding after “58/282” in the recital “and is settled under the Joint Family Homes Act 1964, application 42924”.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Road in Marlborough District—State Highway No. 63, Wairau Valley

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 24th day of March 1999, acquiring land for road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1 April 1999, No. 41 at page 994, by deleting the first 2 legal descriptions in the Schedule and replacing them with:
