(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Dunedin City Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (1) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 17C/769.

Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Kerry John Twydle, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice (now known as Section 1, S.O. 61252) to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 46D/168, subject to mortgage B. 137486 and subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991.
