Land Set Apart for Road—State Highway No. 1, Dacre, Southland District

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice, to set apart for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 1.

Road Realignment—State Highway No. 1, Dacre, Southland District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Declares the land in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 (1), and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:

(i) The area of road firstly described, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 200/128;

(ii) The area of road secondly described, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 169/278, subject to mortgage 175073.3.

(iii) The area of road thirdly described, shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(iv) The area of road fourthly described, shall be set apart, pursuant to section 52 (1), for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall remain vested in the Crown.
