Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the part of a recreation reserve described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

North Auckland Land District—Papakura City

First Schedule

Second Schedule

Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve

Part Sanatorium Reserve Rotorua

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of that part of the Sanatorium Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule hereto from recreation reserve, to local purpose (sludge composting) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act.

Pursuant to section 5A of the Education Lands Act 1949 and pursuant to authority delegated to me, I, Paul Dickson Burke, Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.
