The notice entitled "Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Mangatuna" published in the New Zealand Gazette on 12 November 1992, No. 183, page 3818, is hereby amended by omitting clause 5 and substituting the above clause 2.

4. Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Waiu O Ngati Porou Amendment Notice 1999.

The notice entitled "Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Waiu O Ngati Porou" published in the New Zealand Gazette on 20 July 1995, No. 71, page 1903, is hereby amended by omitting clause 5 and substituting the above clause 2.

5. Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Waipiro Amendment Notice 1999.

The notice entitled "Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Waipiro Amendment Notice 1997" published in the New Zealand Gazette on 9 October 1997, No. 147, page 3429, is hereby amended by omitting clause 5 and substituting the above clause 2.

This notice shall come into force on 1 November 1999.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Lake Taupo Christian School School (Attendance Dues) Notice 1999

Pursuant to section 36 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, the Minister of Education hereby gives notice approving the charging of attendance dues at Lake Taupo Christian School School.

Notice

1. This notice shall be cited as the Lake Taupo Christian School (Attendance Dues) Notice 1999.

2. The proprietor of the above-named school may enter into an agreement with the parents or other persons accepting responsibility for the education of a child at the above-named school requiring them to pay attendance dues.

3. The attendance dues payable in respect of any pupil shall be a $813.00 (exclusive of G.S.T.) per annum, per pupil until 31 December 2003 (at which time the level of the due will be reviewed).

4. Attendance dues received by the proprietor shall be used for the purposes of paying for such improvements to, or for such capital works associated with, buildings and associated facilities of the above-mentioned integrated school as may be required or approved by the Minister of Education, pursuant to section 40 (2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, or for meeting debts, mortgages, liens, or other charges associated with any of the land and buildings that constitutes the integrated school.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Lake Taupo Christian School, Taupo.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 16th day of August 1999. A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.
