Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 30th day of August 1999 at the District Court at Rotorua, Paul John Stevens, student chef of 5A Davidson Street, Rotorua, was convicted and sentenced to 50 hours community service and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver’s licence for 6 months from 29 September 1999, for an offence of driving whilst disqualified, and in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. B. Spear, has ordered that a

owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Rotorua, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Rotorua, by 3.00 p.m. on the 30th day of August 1999.

Pursuant to sections 110 and 155D of the Education Act 1989, I hereby give the following notice:

1. The boards of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Mangatuna, Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Te Waiu O Ngati Porou and Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Waipiro will combine on 1 November 1999.

2. Constitution of the combined board—The combined board of trustees shall include:
   a. six elected parent representatives
   b. one principal elected by the principals of the three kura
   c. one staff representative elected by employees of the board of the three kura
