Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975
Supplementary Integration Agreement
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:
Our Lady of The Snows School, Methven.
The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 18th day of August 1999. A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 123 Victoria Street, Christchurch.

Hadow Preparatory School, Masterton (Attendance Dues) Notice 1999
Pursuant to section 36 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, the Minister of Education hereby gives notice approving the charging of attendance dues at Hadow Preparatory School, Masterton.
N o t i c e

This notice shall be cited as the Hadow Preparatory School, Masterton (Attendance Dues) Notice 1999.

The proprietor of the above-named school may enter into an agreement with parents or other persons accepting responsibility for the education of a child at the above-named school requiring them to pay attendance dues.

The attendance dues payable in respect of any pupil shall be a maximum of $925.00 (exclusive of G.S.T.) per annum, per pupil.

Attendance dues received by the proprietor shall be used for the purposes of paying for such improvements to, or for such capital works associated with, the buildings and associated facilities of the above-mentioned integrated school as may be required or approved by the Minister of Education, pursuant to section 40 (2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, or for meeting debts, mortgages, liens, or other charges associated with any of the land and buildings that constitute the integrated school.

Fisheries Act 1996
The Fisheries (Southern Blue Whiting Commercial Catch Limit) Notice 1999 (No. F130)
Pursuant to section 11 (4) (a) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister for Food, Fibre, Biosecurity and Border Control, hereby makes the following notice:

Title and commencement—
(a) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Southern Blue Whiting Commercial Catch Limit) Notice 1999.
(b) This notice shall come into effect on the day after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette. -
Interpretation— In this notice:
(a) Any reference to the Quota Management Area 6 means the Quota Management Area 6 as defined in the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Notice 1986;
(b) Bounty Platform means all that area within Quota Management Area 6 east of 176 degrees East;
(c) Pukaki Rise means all that area within Quota Management Area 6 north of a line at 50 degrees 30 minutes South, such a line extending in the west to 168 degrees 30 minutes East, and in the east to 176 degrees East. This area is bounded in the west by a line extending due north from a point at 168 degrees 30 minutes East, and in the east by a line extending due north from a point at 176 degrees East;
(d) Campbell Island Rise means all that area within Quota Management Area 6 south of a line at 50 degrees 30 minutes South, such a line extending in the west to 168 degrees 30 minutes East, and in the east to 176 degrees East. This area is bounded in the west by a line extending due south from a point at 168 degrees 30 minutes East, and in the east by a line extending due south from a point at 176 degrees East;
(e) Auckland Islands means all that area of Quota Management Area 6 west of 168 degrees 30 minutes East; and
(f) SBW means southern blue whiting as defined in Part II of the Second Schedule to the Fisheries (Reporting) Regulations 1990. -
Commercial catch limit— As from the date this notice comes into effect, the following commercial catch limits for SBW apply until 31 October 1999:
