Acting under authority delegated by the Minister of Education, under clause 9 (2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, I hereby extend the final date for receiving nominations (and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (Trustee Elections) Regulations 1992) for the election of 1 staff representative for the Sunset Junior High School Board of Trustees.

Nominations shall now close at noon on Friday, 27 August 1999.

This action is being taken because the returning officer received no nominations by the original closing date, 13 August 1999.

This notice takes effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
