(9) (1) The label on or attached to a package containing raw fish joined using a binding system without the application of heat, must include cooking instructions indicating how the microbiological safety of the product can be achieved.

(2) If a raw fish product joined using a binding system without the application of heat, is offered for sale other than in a package, any word or words that would if the food were packaged, be required by subclause (9)(1) to be included in the label on or attached to the package, must be displayed in connection with the food in type of not less than 9 mm.

[7.] Standard R9 is varied by inserting in columns 2 and 3 respectively of the Schedule, in relation to the entry in column 1 for “Supplemented drink base and supplemented drink”—

Fees Payable to the Medical Council of New Zealand

Pursuant to section 126 of the Medical Practitioners Act 1995, the council gives notice that the following fees are payable (all include G.S.T.), effective from 1 April 1999 until the end of the financial year 31 March 2000:

A. REGISTRATION FEES

On application for assessment of eligibility for probationary or general registration

For admission to interim, probationary or general registration

For re-registration (probationary or general)

For temporary registration for the purpose of:

  • giving postgraduate instruction (class 1)
    Nil
  • obtaining postgraduate training or experience or carrying out research (class 2)

  • providing services in special circumstances approved by the Council (class 3)

On application for assessment of eligibility for vocational registration:
