Unclaimed Property — Notice of Order Made by the High Court Appointing the Public Trustee Manager Under the Public Trust Office Act 1957, Part V

Whereas:

1. Henry John Sealy, the owner of the property mentioned in the Schedule hereto is absent from New Zealand or dead and after due enquiry, it is not known whether any agent or administrator in New Zealand has authority to take possession of and administer the property.

2. By order of the High Court at Timaru on the 3rd day of November 1998, the Public Trustee has been appointed manager of the property under Part V of the said Act.
