Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

First Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City

4215 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 186245. Part certificate of title 1155/43. Part Gazette notice No. A. 206864. (Part New Zealand Gazette, 1967, page 159). Subject to electricity easement No. 679798.

Second Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City

9365 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 186245. Part certificate of title 1155/43. Subject to electricity easement No. 501950.1.

Both situated in Block II, Wairoa Survey District.

Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby appoints the Coromandel School of Mines and Historical Society Incorporated to control and manage the historic reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

898 square metres, more or less, being Allotment 68, Kapanga Parish, situated in Block VI, Coromandel Survey District. All certificate of title 48A/434.

Declaration That Land in Wilson Road North, Maketu, be Local Purpose (Community Use) Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the 5th day of February 1998:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Western Bay of Plenty District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose (community use) reserve, within the meaning of the said Act”.

1143 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 71750, situated in Block VI, Te Tumu Survey District. All certificate of title 57C/753. Subject to consent notice, pursuant to section 221 of the Resource Management Act 1991, registered as document B. 326911.1.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the 5th day of February 1998:

1755 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 56, D.P. 342. All certificate of title 51B/405. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948.

Total area of reserve 3527 square metres.
