Declaration That Land Vested in The Napier City Council is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, East Coast/Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, Department of Conservation, notifies that on the 28th day of April 1998, the Napier City Council resolved that the area of land owned by the council and described in the Schedule shall be a local purpose (seafarers retreat) reserve.

In the declaration with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 June 1995, No. 61, page 1587, amend the legal description of the land contained in the First Schedule to read:

“304 square metres, more or less, being Part Allotment 1, Takapuna Parish, as shown on D.P. 1219, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District. Part certificate of title 69/139”.
