Land Acquired for Limited Access Road and Road to be Stopped—State Highway No. 6, Foxhill

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Sarah C. Buchanan, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington hereby:

(a) Pursuant to sections 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for limited access road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120 (3), declares the road described in the Second Schedule, to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 8C/531 (Nelson Registry), subject to mortgage 355161.3.
