pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 8 on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

(5) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the part of the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 16A/633.

(6) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the part of the road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5A/766.

(7) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the parts of the road described in the Sixth Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(8) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the parts of the road described in the Seventh Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(9) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Eighth Schedule hereto, to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 16A/633.

(10) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in the Ninth Schedule hereto, to be taken and shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 5A/766.

(11) Pursuant to sections 119, the land described in the Tenth Schedule hereto, to be taken.
