Land Act 1948

Reservation of Land

Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets aside the land described in the Schedule hereto, as a Government purpose (site for administrative buildings) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

5.8880 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 15436, situated in Block I, Rotoera Survey District.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (site for public hall) reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Marlborough District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Marlborough Land District—Marlborough District

2446 square metres, more or less, being Section 109, Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District. All certificate of title 4C/1080.

Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, Canterbury Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (transfer station) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over part of the Seven Mile Creek Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by The Franklin District Council at its meeting on the 25th day of September 1997:

“That pursuant to the provisions of section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, council resolves that Lot 1 on D.P. 59691 and part of Lot 18 on D.P. 9285 being all the land comprised in certificate of title 15A/1069, be vested as local purpose (hall) reserve”.

3987 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 59691 and part Lot 18, D.P. 9285, situated in Block III, Drury Survey District. Certificate of title 15A/1069. Subject to section 36 (4) of the Counties Amendment Act 1961.
