Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped at Ross
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Christchurch, hereby:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and further declares that the stopped road shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 2C/32 (Westland Registry).
