Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, part of the general land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground and place of cultural and historical interest for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Miriata Huka.

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, for the common use and benefit of Kereti Te Pau Mariu, Maihi Pau Mariu, Mary Pau Mariu and their descendants.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Rotorua District Council.

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Waikato District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, hereby amends the notice dated the 27th day of May 1997, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 29 May 1997, No. 54, at page 1263, realigning road in Waikato District by:

(i) deleting in paragraph (b) “No. 27D/1393, subject to memorandum of mortgage H. 808650.5” and substituting “No. 60B/811, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 483260.3”.

(ii) Amending the land description fourthly described in the First Schedule from “Part Lot 1, D.P. S. 8037” to “Lot 4, D.P. S. 81131”.

(iii) Amending the land descriptions sixthly, seventhly and eighthly described in the First Schedule from “Part Lot 1, D.P. S. 8037” to “Part Lot 1, D.P. S. 81131”.

(iv) Amending the land description described in the Second Schedule from “Part Lot 1, D.P. S. 8037” to “Lot 1, D.P. S. 76028”.
