Land Declared Crown Land and Land Set Apart for Water Power Development in Whakatane District

Pursuant to Part III of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 42, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be set apart for water power development.

Road Realignment in Hauraki District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Hauraki District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 42916, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 704, folio 187, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 312944.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly and secondly described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for service lane, pursuant to section 20 and shall vest in The New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette and the land thirdly described is hereby set apart for service lane, pursuant to section 52 and shall remain vested in The New Plymouth District Council.
