Revocation of the Reservation Over Two Reserves and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road) reserve over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said lands may be disposed of by The Manukau City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further, classifies the reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve, and further, classifies the reserve described in the Third Schedule hereto, as local purpose (accessway) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
