Classification of Reserve and Vesting

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve and vests the said reserve in The Kapiti Coast District Council in trust for that purpose to form part of Matthews Park.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose reserve (community use), and vests the said reserve in The Kapiti Coast District Council in trust for that purpose to be known as the Russell Reserve.

Classification of a Reserve and Appointment to Control and Manage

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose reserve (community use) and further appoints The Kapiti Coast District Council to control and manage the reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act to be known as the Reikorangi Community Reserve.

Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies that part of a reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, to be an historic reserve, and further classifies that part of a reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be a recreation reserve, and further classifies that part of a reserve described in the Third Schedule to be a local purpose (community buildings) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
