City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the council in fee simple and described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve, and further, that the piece of land held by the council in fee simple and described in the Second Schedule shall be and the same is hereby declared to be local purpose (community buildings) reserve".

1.7667 hectares, more or less, being part Allotment 206, Manurewa Parish. Marked “B” on S.O. Plan 68348. Part certificate of title 787/68. The provisions of sections 16 and 17 of the Land Act 1924, are applicable to those parts of the above described land contained in the Town of Mangere, Extension No. 48 (D.P. 20548). Subject to the restrictions imposed by section 248 of the Native Land Act 1931.

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The North Shore City Council on the 18th day of September 1995:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The North Shore City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be, recreation reserves within the meaning of the said Act."
