Reclassification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby reclassifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The North Shore City Council on the 17th day of July 1995:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The North Shore City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee-simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act”

Classification and Reclassification of Parts of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies that part of a reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, to be a local purpose (te kohanga reo centre) reserve, and further, reclassifies that part of a reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (te kohanga reo centre) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Second Schedule
