Reserves Act 1977

Authorisation of the Exchange of Reserves for Other Land

Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977 and to section 64A of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, Canterbury, hereby authorises the exchange of the reserves, described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto: the land described in the First Schedule hereto shall, upon publication of this notice, vest in the Amberley Golf Club Incorporated and be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 640/15, Canterbury Land Registry.
