    Objects to the inclusion of that part of Waitakere City west of the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway in the proposed Helensville Electorate on the grounds that other changes would leave the electorate with a population greater than the tolerance allows.

*Suggested solution*    Transfer this area to the proposed Rodney Electorate.

    Objects to the name of the proposed Helensville Electorate on the grounds that other proposed changes would change the composition of the electorate to include urban parts of Waitakere and North Shore and not include Helensville.

*Suggested solution*    Change the name of the electorate to Whenuapai.
