Schedule 3
Conditions
(i) All seat belts must be in sound condition and good working order and must not be modified in any way;
(ii) (a) Approved two-point lap seat belts are fitted in the rear outboard sitting positions;
(b) All other sitting positions are fitted with the seat belts required by regulation 78A;
(iii) This exemption may be revoked at any time.
(iv) A copy of this notice must be carried in the vehicle at all times and be readily available for inspection.

Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976
Pursuant to regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Charles Anthony Johnson, Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976 listed in Schedule 2, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3.

Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990
Pursuant to regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, I, James Lindsay Graham Bell, Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990 listed in Schedule 2, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3.

(b) All other sitting positions are fitted with the seat belts required by regulation 29;
(iii) All seat belts must be securely anchored to the vehicle and seat belt anchorages that are not the vehicle manufacturerβs original equipment must comply with Specifications St 120395 (and/or St 31391 IMVDA type testing programme), if applicable;
(iv) This exemption may be revoked at any time;
(v) A copy of this notice must be carried in the vehicle at all times and be readily available for inspection.
