Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Hastings District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Property Officer, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to be acquired, subject to the encumbrances as set out in the Schedule, for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Hawke’s Bay Regional Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending a Notice Land Severed—State Highway No. 5, Glengarries Realignment, Hastings District

Pursuant to sections 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of December 1997, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1997, No. 178 at page 4273, by:

(a) substituting in the first recital “declares the road described in the Schedule hereto, to be severed” to “declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for severance”; and

(b) the area described in the Schedule to include “now known as Section 8, S.O. 10746”.
