Land Held for Justice Purposes Declared to be Crown Land in Far North District

Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares the land described in the Schedule to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, and subject to the land secondly described being subject to section 241 (2) of the Resource Management Act 1991.

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road in Auckland City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of November 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 20 November 1997, No. 163, page 3875, acquiring land for road in Auckland City, pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the legal description of the land secondly described the words “marked ‘B’” and inserting the words “marked ‘D’”.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The North Shore City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
