Land in Otorohanga District Acquired for Stream Diversion Purposes and in Connection With Stream Diversion Purposes

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in:

(a) The First Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for stream diversion purposes,

(b) The Second Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired in connection with stream diversion purposes,

(c) The Third Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired in connection with stream diversion purposes,

and that the land described in the said Schedules shall vest in The Otorohanga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
