Amending a Notice Declaring Access Way to be Stopped and Vested in Wellington City

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Warranted Officer, Crown Property Services, Wellington Region, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 3 February 1998, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 5 March 1998 at page 840, by deleting the Schedule of that notice and substituting the following Schedule.

666 square metres below 8.00 m.s.l., being all of the area marked “A” on S.O. Plan 37855, adjoining certificate of title 47A/798 and Proclamation No. 2764 and passing under certificate of title No. 47C/565.

210 square metres above 8.00 m.s.l., being part of the area marked “A” on S.O. Plan 37855, adjoining certificates of title 47A/798 and 47C/565, and Proclamation No. 2764.

Both the parcels of land being situated in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District.

Declaring Land Road, Road Stopped, Land Severed and Amalgamated—State Highway No. 25—Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in the Crown.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and further declares that:

(i) Areas “V” on S.O. 60725, “J” and “K” on S.O. 60727 and “P” on S.O. 60728, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60725, Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 60727, and Section 1, S.O. 60728 respectively, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 32C/149, subject to mortgage B. 123518.2.

(ii) Areas “D” and “E” on S.O. 60726, now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 60726 respectively, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 32C/149, subject to mortgage B. 123518.2.

(iii) Area “Q” on S.O. 60728, now known as Section 2, S.O. 60728, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 28A/723, subject to mortgage B. 123518.2.

(iv) Area “F” on S.O. 60736, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60736, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 56A/533, subject to mortgages B. 253063.6 and B. 253603.7.

(v) Areas “O” and “P” on S.O. 60737, now known as Sections 3 and 2, S.O. 60737 respectively, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 49C/527.

(vi) Areas “S” on S.O. 60737 and “V” on S.O. 60738, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60737 and Section 1, S.O. 60738 respectively, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 54A/694, subject to mortgage H. 602744.

(vii) Area “E” on S.O. 60740, now known as Section 1, S.O. 60740, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 28A/861.

(viii) Area “F” and “G” on S.O. 60740 and “J” on S.O. 60741, now known as Sections 2 and 3, S.O. 60740, and Section 1, S.O. 60741 respectively, be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 18B/796, subject to mortgage H. 602744.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken.
