Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by The North Shore City Council at its meeting on the 17th day of June 1991:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The North Shore City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act, and further, declares that the said land to be classified as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act”.

Declaration That Three Local Purpose Reserves be Classified and Vested in Trust in The Auckland City Council to Form Part of the Claris Airfield

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, be classified for the purposes set out after each description, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares that the said local purpose reserves vest in The Auckland City Council, in trust, for those respective purposes, to form part of the Claris Airfield.

Furthermore, the vesting is in consideration to The Auckland City Council paying the consideration to the Crown (Department of Conservation) and that the said reserves, or any part or parts of the said reserves, are to be revested in the Crown, pursuant to section 27 of the Reserves Act 1977, or any similar provision, then The Auckland City Council shall receive compensation for the land so revested. The compensation shall be assessed as though it were an assessment under the provisions of Part V of the Public Works Act 1981, or any statutory amendment thereto.

Cancellation of the Vesting in The Rodney District Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Drainage Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Rodney District Council over that part of a drainage reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, revokes the reservation as a drainage reserve over the said land.
