Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The North Shore City Council at current market value, the proceeds from such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Reserve Land for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby authorises the exchange of the reserve land described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

306 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 3617, being part Section 1, Survey Office Plan 3085 and part Reserve 1161, situated in Block V, Kaniere Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1979, page 1821 and New Zealand Gazette, 1990, page 4430.

Westland Land District—Westland District

655 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 3617, being part Section 2, Survey Office Plan 11807, situated in Block V, Kaniere Survey District. Part certificate of title 8A/506.
