Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a recreation and area of cultural significance, to be known as Taikarawa B reservation for the common use and benefit of the owners and their descendants.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae to be known as Waikarakia Marae for the common use and benefit of the group of Maori people known as Ngati Koheriki and in particular the descendants of Hone Taka, son of Wi Taka. The Maori reservation to be known as the Wi Taka Maori Reserve.

Land Acquired for Recreation Reserve, Accessway, and Road, in Kawerau District
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for accessway, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road; and further declares that the land in all Schedules shall vest in The Kawerau District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
