Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Department of Conservation, Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, hereby declares that the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known by the names specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

830.3267 hectares, more or less, being part Pukatea, Section 2, situated in Blocks IV and XVIII, Section 6, part Section 8 and Pukatea Section 3, situated in Block XVIII, and Pukatea Section 1C2 and part Pukatea Section 1B, Block IV, Cloudy Bay Survey District (Whites Bay Recreation Reserve).

35.7170 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 2620, all D.P. 1017 and Sections 19 and 20, Block III, Cape Campbell Survey District (Marfells Beach Recreation Reserve).

2.0250 hectares, more or less, being Section 6, Block XV, Patriarch Survey District (Kohwai Point Scenic Reserve).

1660 square metres, more or less, being Sections 1 and 2, S.O. Plan 6982 (Robin Hood Bay Recreation Reserve).

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northland Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Far North District Council on the 6th day of November 1997:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Far North District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by The Far North District Council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose reserve within the meaning of the said Act, and further, declares the said land to be classified as a reserve for local purpose (cultural centre) purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act".

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The North Shore City Council at current market value, the proceeds from such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

526 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, D.P. 68569, situated in Block XI, Waitemata Survey District. Subject to K. 61771 certificate under section 227 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, and rights of way created by transfer 625667. Part certificate of title 1667/56. (Cancelled).
