Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is held for conservation purposes and it shall hereafter be so held.

Firstly: Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, the latter being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of part of the land described in the Schedule hereto, to which section 62 of the Conservation Act 1987, does not apply, hereby jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes; and

Secondly: Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that the part of the land in the Schedule to which section 62 of the Conservation Act 1987 applies, is held for conservation purposes; and
