Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the gravel reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Pursuant to section 355 (3) of the Resource Management Act 1991, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy, Department of Conservation hereby vests the leasehold interest, more particularly described in the deed of lease dated 16 February 1998, in the reclaimed Crown land, being the Waikawa Marina Extension described in the Schedule hereto in Port Marlborough New Zealand Limited.
