Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 24th day of November 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Nai Lance Moanaroa of 110 Ross Road, Whakamarama, was convicted and sentenced to 120 hours community service and section 30AC applied — no further disqualification following his conviction on the 24th day of November 1998, for an offence of driving while disqualified having previously been disqualified.

And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. B. Wilson has ordered that a Datsun van, registered No. KX 6868 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Nai Lance Moanaroa, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 24th day of November 1998.

Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

On the 30th day of November 1998 at the District Court at Tauranga, Horace Tuhoro Osborne of 35E Esmeralda Street, Welcome Bay, Tauranga, was convicted and fined $500 Court costs $130 on each charge and disqualified from the 25th day of September 1999, following his conviction on the 30th day of November 1998, for an offence of driving while disqualified (2).

And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge D. B. Wilson has ordered that a Honda Prelude motor vehicle, registered No. PX 3818 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Horace Tuhoro Osborne, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.

The vehicle is to be surrendered to the Registrar, District Court, Tauranga, or a Bailiff of the District Court, Tauranga, by 4.00 p.m. on the 30th day of November 1998.
