Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Incorporated Societies Act 1908
On the 24th day of November 1998, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that Community Development Forum (Manawatu) Incorporated (trading as The Employment Resource Centre) be liquidated and that Ronald Wilfred Eglinton, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, be appointed as liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of November 1998.
Creditors and members may direct inquiries to us during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The committee has resolved that the society will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies.

Christ’s College Canterbury Bill
Take notice that:

The Christ’s College Trust Board intends to promote for consideration by the House of Representatives a Private Bill under the Short Title of the “Christ’s College Canterbury Bill” (“the Bill”).

The objects of the Bill are to:
(a) Abolish the Offices of Sub-Warden and Visitor of Christ’s College Canterbury;
(b) Remove the requirement of a minimum number of Fellows of the College; and
(c) Repeal the Christ’s College Ordinance Amendment Act 1918. -
Communications about the Bill may be sent to the promoter care of the Bursar, Christ’s College, Rolleston Avenue (P.O. Box 4900), Christchurch.

A copy of the Bill may be inspected at the Christchurch District Court office and at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Solicitors, Level Nine, corner of Worcester Street and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
