Commodity Levies (Orchard Fruit) Order 1995

New Zealand Fruitgrowers Federation Notification of Rates of Levy 1999 Calendar Year

The New Zealand Fruitgrowers Federation hereby advises that in accordance with clause 16 of the Commodity Levies (Orchard Fruit) Order 1995, the rates of levy for the 1999 calendar year are as follows:

(a) Orchards whose total area is more than 40 hectares

$640 plus G.S.T.

(b) Orchards whose total area is more than 4 hectares and not more than 40 hectares

$16 plus G.S.T. per hectare or part thereof

$60 plus G.S.T.

(d) Orchards whose total area is not less than 0.5 hectares and not more than 2 hectares

$45 plus G.S.T.

(e) Orchards whose total area is less than 0.5 hectares

Exempt

Dated in Wellington this 10th day of November 1998.
