A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 320 of the Maori Land Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, the Right Honourable Sir Michael Hardie Boys, Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, shall be road.

South Auckland Land District

All that piece of land containing 3685 square metres, more or less, being roadway passing through parts of Allotment 3, Parish of Matata, and through Lots 14, 15, 17–20, 22, 23, 33, 35, 36 and 39 of Allotment 3, Parish of Matata, situated in Block VI, Awaateatua Survey District as is more particularly described in M.L. Plan 18358, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of November 1998.
