Land Act 1948

Reservation of Land

Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for scientific reserve purposes subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and, further, classifies the said reserve for scientific purposes subject to the provisions of the said Act.

1.1424 hectares, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 123087, being part C.T. 91D/521, as marked “A” on S.O. Plan 68724, subject to mining permit C. 568101.1 and Gazette notice D. 159437.1.

426 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 136066, being part C.T. 80A/945, as marked “B” on S.O. Plan 68724, subject to lease C. 246282.3, mining permit C. 568101.1 and Gazette notice D. 159437.1.

3232 square metres, more or less, being part Clendon’s Grant in the Parish of Papakura, being C.T. 517/253, as marked “C” on S.O. Plan 68724, subject to mining permit C. 568101.1 and Gazette notice D. 159437.1.

Reserves Act 1977

Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting in the Longbush Cemetery Trustees of the land described in the Schedule hereto and further revokes the reservation as a plantation reserve over the said land.
