Exemption From Specified Requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990

Pursuant to regulation 36 of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990, I, Martyn Jacob de Liede, Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements of the Transport (Vehicle Standards) Regulations 1990 listed in Schedule 2, subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3.

Transit New Zealand Act 1989

Amendment to Transit New Zealand Bylaw 1998/15 : Bylaw Regulating the Speed of Vehicles on State Highways in Transit New Zealand Regions 11 and 12

Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows:

A m e n d m e n t

1. This amendment shall come into force 28 days after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. In the Third Schedule insert:

8 (d) At Rolleston from a point (Route Position 365/2.00) located 700 metres generally in a north-easterly direction from the intersection with Springston-Lincoln Road, to a point (Route Position 365/3.00) located 300 metres generally in a south-westerly direction from the intersection with Springston-Lincoln Road; a distance of approximately 1 kilometre.

This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
