The report contains the statement of service performance and statement of liabilities, and audit report.

Pursuant to section 39 of the Public Finance Act 1989, as amended by section 31 (2) of Public Finance Act 1994, the New Zealand Police hereby gives notice that it has delivered to the Minister of Police its annual report for the year ending 30 June 1998, containing its financial statements, audit report and management statement for the period and has the consent of the Minister of Police, to published the annual report.

Notice of the Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that I have varied the scheduled international air service licence issued to Air Pacific Limited, to provide for the operation of up to three B767 services per week from Nadi to Auckland and beyond to Honolulu and Vancouver.
