Pursuant to section 24 (5) (b) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Janice Marjorie Wilson, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, specify

Wairarapa Health Methadone Service, 20 Victoria Street, Masterton

as a place at which controlled drugs may be prescribed, administered or supplied for the purposes of that section.

Pursuant to section 24 (5) (b) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Janice Marjorie Wilson, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, specify the place named in the Schedule as a place at which controlled drugs may be prescribed, administered or supplied for the purposes of section 24 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.

Revoking the Prohibition of the Prescribing of Controlled Drugs

Pursuant to section 23 (3) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Bill English, Minister of Health, hereby revoke the notice issued on 14 April 1997, which prohibits the prescribing of controlled drugs by Dr Osman David Mansoor, medical practitioner of Wellington.
