Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a urupa for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Tuara Tuara and Ngati Kea people.

All that piece of land situated in Block IX, Horohoro Survey District and described as follows:

Declaring Maori Freehold Land to Be Included in a Maori Reservation
Appendix III
Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as Kai Iwi 1C which was set apart for the purpose of a meeting place and marae for the common use and benefit of the Ngati-Iti and Ngati-Pukeko hapu by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 41, page 905, of the 22nd day of July 1948.
